EDIT: I want to update to the newest patch but it takes a minimum of 6 hours to update from 2.4.3 to 3.0.3 =[ anyone got an alternative site to download from? Blizz downloader is slow as sh*t

Okay of course there I must list a lot of things about my character so I’ll get right down to it.

Right now I’m a lvl72 Frost Mage (Frost for leveling) and I really want to have my epic + northrend flying by lvl77, or at least my epic flying skill

-My two professions are Mining (389) and Herbalism (273)
-I’m lvl72 at the moment, with normal flyer, and epic ground mount
-I’m on the Mal’Ganis Horde US Server
-I can probably make 100g a day just by questing, but that wont be enough.
-I have a lvl58 DK Alt parked in UC to sell my BoE drops, ores, herbs, yatta yatta.
-I have about 1700gold saved up as of 3/12/09

What professions should i pick? Should I go JC and Mining until I get my epic flyer, then switch to tailoring and enchanting for endgame? Or will JC and Mining be fine as my endgame professions (I’m a mage!)

When I reach lvl80 what&where are the dailies that I should be doing? Which reputation should I be grinding as a Horde Mage? Which instances should I pug for so I can get better items for the heroics? How do I get badges or whatever they are called? I will probably be respeccing to arcane for PvE and heroics, can anyone link a good arcane pve build?

Sorry for all these questions, I havent played WoW in like 8 months, and I just started playing again 3 months after WOTLK was released. I’ve stayed frost all my levels, so I’m not willing to switch until I hit 80
I’m really lost, WOTLK changed so many things for me. Funny thing is, I quit two levels before the level cap in TBC.

I feel like a noob, because..I am one now.

Any help would be appreciated, please have informative answers. Thanks in advance.

Also, what did you do to make gold? I’m willing to drop herbalism but not mining just because mining was a total ***** to level up. Im focusing on leveling to 76 first. Thank you yahoo community Happy St Pattys day.
